The Tai Chi martial artist has been likened to a “farce” by the media due to his defeat against an unknown opponent, following his comedic statements.
The loss of the Tai Chi sect martial artist to the unknown martial artist
Recently, Gu caused a stir in the traditional Chinese martial arts world by releasing some short videos on social networks, with the content of challenging world boxing legend Mike Tyson. The Tai Chi martial artist showed off his elaboration and declared “one blow can mortally wound” the American monument.
Gu Martial Arts Master even described himself as “invincible”, “kungfu master”. He then confidently led a camera crew to an amateur boxing gym and said he wanted to “warm up” before writing another letter challenging Mike Tyson.
Before this move, the boxing gym allowed the Gu martial artist to choose one of three amateur boxers to fight him. In the end, the Tai Chi martial artist chose a 36-year-old opponent, weighing 69kg.
Initially, the two agreed to play 3 rounds, each lasting 3 minutes. However, as soon as the match began, Gu Martial Master was repeatedly punched, to the point where he was no longer able to fight back.
After receiving many punches from his opponent, Gu Martial Arts Master was completely different from the previous images on social media. He could only instinctively swing his arms without any radio skills. The “martial arts master” was momentarily beaten by his opponent to the point of breathlessness and had to rely on the radio to breathe.
The Chinese martial arts master received a “rain” of ridicule after the loss.
Some netizens even claimed that they saw Gu Martial Arts Master being beaten to tears. Because this martial artist collapsed to the floor several times and could not fight back, the referee stopped the match to avoid danger.
After the humiliating loss, Gu Martial Master was immediately ridiculed by many netizens. However, in the face of a wave of criticism from the public, this martial artist made another unexpected move. He videotaped his face calmly and said: “Losing is losing, I have nothing to explain. However, even if I lose the battle, my philosophy is the same!”
