‘Dream come true’: Michael J. Fox jams with Coldplay while performing classic songs from Back To The Future
It’s the sci-fi cult classic that stands out on his resume of Hollywood hits.
Michael J. Fox joined Coldplay on stage at a New Jersey concert, where they paid tribute to his Back To The Future film by playing two songs he performed in the 1985 movie, Earth Angel and Johnny B. Goode.
The 55-year-old walked on stage at MetLife Stadium Sunday night just moments after the band showed a video of Chris Martin’s son Moses asking him to play a tune from their favourite movie.

‘I was just wondering if you could play a song from both of our favourite movies, Back To The Future. I love you so much,’ Moses said in the video.

After getting started on singing Earth Angel, Chris announced to the delight of the crowd, ‘Please welcome Michael J. Fox!’
Michael didn’t miss a beat as he headed on stage, slinging the guitar strap over the shoulder and playing the song right alongside the band.
‘Our hero!’ Chris yelled as the song came to a close. ‘Michael J. Fox!’

The gig came not long after Chris and Gwyneth Paltrow finalised their divorce in Los Angeles last week.
The Shakespeare In Love actress agreed on Thursday that neither party needed to pay spousal maintenance.
The couple, who have two children – Apple, 12, and ten-year-old Moses – split in March 2014 after 12 years of marriage.
