Fans react to Boston Celtics guard Jrue Holiday for wearing a Michael Jordan hoodie before Game 4 of the Eastern Conference finals. The Celtics have a chance to close out the series against the Indiana Pacers and advance to the NBA Finals tonight. Before the start of the game, however, Holiday decided to show up in a Jordan hoodie.

The Pacers had a chance to win in Game 3 as they led the majority of the game, except during the moment when they needed to be. In the final moments of the game, the Celtics were able to mount a comeback, and Holiday’s defense was key to them winning the game.

Now, there’s pressure on both teams coming in Game 4. For the Celtics, they have to take advantage of the 3-0 lead and eliminate Indiana from the postseason. For the Pacers, they are pressed to win tonight to extend the series and keep their season alive.

Jrue Holiday broke down his clutch defensive play against the Pacers in Game 4

Jrue Holiday is regarded as one of the best defensive players in the league right now. His high defensive IQ has helped him make a name for himself in the NBA and earn the respect of other stars.

In Game 3, he made an important play to steal the ball from Aaron Nesmith during a transition play, which turned the game around. After the game, the Celtics guard broke down what happened and what he did that gave the team the crucial win in the Eastern Conference finals.

“I just made a play. He’s a right hand driver and he’s been very very aggressive all night. Great player, had a great game. Just made a play, kind of jumped his right hand, and got the steal,” Holiday said.

He’s also averaged two steals during that span and knocked down 44.4% of his shots from beyond the arc.
