Richie Sambora Breaks Silence With Surprise New Song Amid Bon Jovi Rumors

Is Richie Sambora returning to Bon Jovi? It looks more like he is focusing on his solo works now.

The rocker shared a snippet of what is thought to be a new solo song. Sambora shared the snippet amid Bon Jovi rumors.

The rumours said that Sambora might hop back on stage with Bon Jovi, either for a one-off gig or permanently. While it’s not clear whether Sambora would rejoin the band, it seems like he is busy with his solo works. The rocker took to X to share a snippet of what is thought to be a new solo song.

Fans thought it felt ‘familiar.’ One said:

“It feels so familiar and so good to hear great sound. Just makes you want more. Keep up the good work, Richie.”

Another added:

“Man this sounds really good! That intro really pulled me in. Cannot wait for your new solo album!”

Bon Jovi Doesn’t ‘Expect’ Sambora To Return

In an appearance on This Morning, Jon Bon Jovi shared that he doesn’t think Richie Sambora will return to Bon Jovi.

While chatting about the band’s new show ‘Thank You, Goodnight: The Bon Jovi Story,’ Jon revealed he and Sambora watched the show together. Jon added that they had a chat about what was happening as they watched.

Although the two don’t have any bad blood, Jon made it clear that nobody in the band is expecting him to come back:

“There’s always an opportunity. He knows three-quarters of the songs, but it’s not that I’m looking for that, or he’s looking for that, or anybody’s looking for that.”

Bon Jovi is set to drop a new album titled ‘Forever’ on June 7. Although Sambora’s position in the band is still unclear, it’s certain that he won’t be taking a place in Bon Jovi’s next album. The album’s lead single, ‘Legendary‘ is out now.
