When Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes team up, either Super Bowl rings or hilarious hijinks ensue. Most recently, it was the latter. On June 1, Kansas City Chiefs teammates reconnected for a good cause during the NFL offseason. Fans were drawn to a TikTok video from the charity event in which Kelce and Mahomes joked about their “dad bods.” While on stage, each NFL celebrity was given a Chiefs jersey with their number on it. “They still fit, even in the off-season,” one announcer stated. “Keeping it tight.”

Except that the quarterback and tight end struggled to put on the game jerseys over the shirts they previously wore. “It’s dad bod season,” Mahomes said, attempting to roll down his shirt. As Kelce’s shirt became stuck on his shoulders and two people ran over to help him into it, he declared, “I have no children. “This is exactly what it looks like at 35.”

TikTok users responded to the self-deprecating comments. One guy commented, “That kid joke again. Travis, keep in mind that your ability to manifest is always working for you . Yet another TikTok user wrote, “Awwww he’s heard the rumors about Taylor [Swift] & protected her here. ‘I have no kids.’”
