Following another thrilling win for the Dallas Mavericks over the Minnesota Timberwolves, Kansas City Chiefs quarterback and Mavs fan Patrick Mahomes sent a message.

Like many, when Luka Doncic hit the clutch game-winning three-pointer to give the Dallas Mavericks a 109-108 win and a 2-0 series lead over the Minnesota Timberwolves, Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes couldn’t help but share his excitement.

Like many Mavs fans, Mahomes was live tweeting during the thrilling Game 2 victory for Dallas. And following the latest exhibition of what fans dub “Luka magic,” Mahomes took to Twitter.

“See y’all in Dallas,” Mahomes wrote.

A simple message as the Western Conference Finals will now flip to Dallas’s American Airlines Center, where the Mavericks will hope to close out the series in Games 3 and 4. But could it also be an announcement from the three-time Super Bowl champion that he will also be in the building?

It certainly isn’t a far-fetched idea, considering Mahomes was sitting courtside during the Mavericks Game 3 win over the Oklahoma City Thunder. Not to mention, thanks to the Chief’s offseason schedule, after completing their first week of Organized Team Activities (OTA) on Wednesday, Mahomes won’t be due back in Kansas City until Tuesday, May 28th, for practice.

However, whether or not Mahomes will be in the building, he will certainly be cheering on the Mavericks from wherever he’ll be watching.

The Mavericks and Timberwolves will tip off Game 3 inside the American Airlines Center at 7:30 p.m. (CT ) on Sunday. The Mavericks will look to take a commanding 3-0 series lead on the Timberwolves, potentially with Mahomes in attendance.
