Kanye West’s $2.2 million Calabasas ranch appeared dilapidated and crumbling in shocking new photos of the expansive property – nearly four years after rapper boarded up the home in September 2020. The Heartless hitmaker, 46 – whose top Yeezy executive recently quit over the brand’s move into [adult entertainment] – initially purchased the residence in 2018, and was used for Sunday Service and his Donda Academy headquarters. The star had also purchased an additional 300 acres surrounding the property for $4 million.

However, the latest images reveal that the home is still uninhabited and in disrepair, with one picture showing a large, gaping hole at the front entrance, leaving debris and pieces of the roof scattered on the ground. Roof shingles can be seen missing and falling off, while green plants and trees are seemingly overgrown near the front of the main house. Portions of the concrete driveway are chipped away while one side of the property is partially concealed by a red covering.

A circular patch outside of the home was bordered by a fencing that has also begun to fall apart - and appeared to be the location of one Ye's domes that he had built. The Yeezy Home dome shelters had been constructed in an attempt to help with homelessness in the Los Angeles area. The area surrounding the main home on the property is unkept with dry patches of grass as well as piles of dirt or sand.

Kanye bought the ranch when he was still married to now ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, with their divorce officially being finalized back in November 2022. Last year in February 2023, photos showed that the property was already vastly deteriorated and at the time, both the main home and guest house had been covered with partitions and fencing. The walls around the guest house were also taken down, leaving behind a wire fence with trash strewn around. Parts of the walls around the main building had also fallen, leaving gaps in the fencing as the white fabric covering the fence has started to fray.

A 4x4 tank was also been seen on the property near the broken partition, as well as a barbecue smoker. School props, such as drums and trikes, have also been left behind from the Donda Academy days. West reportedly lived on the property with his then-model girlfriend Irina Shayk as he turned the property into a bachelor pad while Kim Kardashian remained in their $60million Calabasas mansion with their four children.

There are reportedly two guest houses on the property with six bedroom and seven bathrooms altogether. The pad is said to be located eight miles away from the home he shared with Kim in the gated community of Hidden Hills. The domes on the property - which are now nonexistent - had been 50-foot 'Yecosystems.' West constructed the domes through the architecture branch of his Yeezy label, dubbed Yeezy Home, which he launched in 2018. 'We're looking for architects and industrial designers who want to make the world better,' he said at the time.

In an interview with Forbes a year later, the rapper showed off the early versions of the domes, which he had conceived with a team of designers after being inspired by the fictitious planet of Tatooine from Star Wars. He planned to build droves of the prefabricated structures as housing for the homeless, and even voiced ideas to sink them into the ground with light filtering through their roofs. The rapper believed that he could build entire cities with the pods, and felt his 'inspired' plans would allow them to spring up across America. While Kanye's plans for the Calabasas ranch is currently unknown, the star has jumped into another bizarre business venture: Yeezy [Adult Entertainment].
