Milwaukee Bucks: Bucks Unbelievable 125-108 Game Two Loss to the Pacers

After an ecstatic Game One 109-94 win at home, the Milwaukee Bucks eyed to go up 2-0 in their first-round series against the Indiana Pacers. During this Game Two matchup, the Pacers outscored the Bucks in all four quarters, taking a tough 125-108 Game Two win to tie up the series heading back to Indiana for both Game Three and Four. There was hope that former MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo would play in front of the hometown fans, but he was ruled out once again.

Bucks vs Pacers

The Milwaukee Bucks must look to keep the pressure on the Indiana Pacers as they play their next two games on the road. If the Pacers go up 3-1 in this first-round series, it will be extremely difficult for the Bucks to crawl their way out of this deficit. All the guys in the rotation need to step up, as it can’t be Dame Time in attack mode all game long.

Milwaukee started out with a 6-0 lead after three-pointers from Brook Lopez, and Damian Lillard. Although they trailed for most of the first quarter, the Pacers would take their first lead of the game with under three minutes left in the quarter. Indiana went on to take a four-point lead after the first 12 minutes of action. The Pacers held the lead for the first few minutes in the first quarter, but the Bucks came back looking to push the tempo. Both teams battled it out until ultimately the Pacers held a five-point lead heading into halftime.

After having a monster first half in Game One, Damian Lillard attempted to have the same type of performance during Game Two. Lillard recorded 26 points with a rebound, two assists, and a steal. Brook Lopez was the Bucks second leading scorer with 12 points on four of eight shooting. Pascal Siakam led the Pacers with 21 points, along with having seven rebounds, and two assists. After scoring nine points in Game One, Indiana’s point guard Tyrese Haliburton scored six points on a rough two-for-seven shooting from the floor.

Indiana led all throughout the third quarter.
