A video from the Bucks’ locker room after their Game 6 loss to the Indiana Pacers shows Beverley chasing Adams away from an interview simply because she wasn’t subscribed to his podcast.

The veteran asked Adams whether she was subscribed to his pod, and she said she was not. “You can’t interview me then,” he remarked. “No disrespect.”

Adams tried sticking around but Bev pushed her mic away, telling her to get it out of his face. A few seconds later, he asked her to leave, which she did.

Check it out in the video below:

“After seeing this, Patrick Beverley is a short tempered loser,” one fan wrote.

“When Malinda Adams was mistreated by Patrick Beverley, your instinct should have been to 1. Call him out on his BS, 2. Refuse to ask additional questions until he apologized and 3. Walk away. Supporting your colleagues >> getting your questions asked,” another user pointed out.

Patrick Beverley Has Apologized To Malinda Adams

Patrick Beverley has since apologized to Malinda Adams, with the producer taking to social media to disclose that both Beverley and the Milwaukee Bucks reached out to her.

“I want to thank everyone for their kind words and support. I am humbled,” she tweeted. “Patrick Beverley just called me and apologized. I appreciate it and accept it. The Bucks also reached out to apologize. I’ve been in news for over 40 years and kindness and grace always win.”

Beverley was also involved in a curious altercation with Pacers fans during last night’s game, throwing the ball into the crowd twice and hitting a female supporter in the head. The NBA said on Friday that it was looking into the matter.

The player is expected to be suspended next season, with the Bucks eliminated on Thursday.
