One MMA fighter will no longer get to realize his dream after his despicable acts toward a ring-card girl.
On Friday, Ali Heibati, an MMA fighter, took on Arkady Osipyan in Moscow as part of the Hardcore MMA tournament.
Moments before the bout was set to begin, a ring girl named Maria entered the cage to signal that the first round was commencing. However, Ali Heibati was ready to go, so as she turned her back, he kicked the ring girl in the middle of the octagon.
The ring girl was clearly upset by the move as she turned to him and began to advance before the ref stopped her. Then, he reprimanded Heibati for his actions.
His day was not over, as he would go on to get his karma in his MMA bout, losing in the first round in just 30 seconds. Even then, he would go on to attempt to attack his opponent after the referee called the fight.
After the bout, Ali Heibati would get served even more karma as a bunch of angry fans would go on to attack him with fists, kicks, and even a chair.
The Iranian fighter was involved in several controversial incidents before and after his main event bout against Arkady Osipyan, and now he has since been banned for life.
The lightweight fighter apologized for his behavior in an awkward video alongside the ring girl, who was visibly uncomfortable in his presence so soon after being the victim of unwarranted aggression.
“Hello, everyone. This is for Maria. I didn’t act right with her. The reason was that before the MMA fight, there were a lot of fistfights. I stayed there in the cage, and I just wanted to go out and fight,” he said.
“I was tense and, as most understand, emotions flourish in the fight, so before the fight, I acted badly towards María. I want to publicly apologize to her.
I am a married man, so I respect the female gender. She was doing her job, and I, after the fight, didn’t admit my guilt either because they also hit me on the head. Tell María that I am sorry.”
MMA fighter Ali Heibati Likely Ended His Own Career With His Actions

MMA fighter Ali Heibati was rightfully handed a lifetime ban after kicking a ring girl ahead of a fight. The Iranian competed in the Hard Fighting Championship promotion when the incident unfolded.
He made things even worse by attacking a referee, which likely ensures that no one ever takes a chance on him again.
