Lady Gaga left little to the imagination in a skintight, custom Armani Prive black evening gown with a semi-sheer bodice made of polka-dot tulle to cover her assets while also baring her extensive back tattoos.

The 12-time Grammy winner, 35, rocked the daring look to the House Of Gucci premiere at the Jazz at Lincoln Center in New York on Tuesday as she continued to blaze the promo trail for her depiction of Patrizia Reggiani.

She was joined by her co-stars Adam Driver and Jared Leto at the event as well as moviemaker Ridley Scott, as the A-listers illuminated the red carpet in their glamorous finery.

She styled her platinum blonde hair in a chic updo with blunt fringe and opted for white nail polish and a diamond Tiffany & Co. Schlumberger 18K gold and platinum with diamonds bracelet.

Her glamorous makeup look included a shimmery golden eyeshadow, rosy cheeks and several layers of mascara.
