We first heard about the actor when he appeared as Aquaman in four episodes of the now cult superhero series “Smallville Confidential”. Later, he played in little-known films and guest starred in popular American films – “Miami Crime Mysteries”, Hawaii 5:0.

Since the premiere of “Reacher”, Alan Ritchson has become more and more popular, and he himself does not rest on his laurels. It premiered in December last year had a Christmas movie called “Ordinary Angels” where he starred alongside Hilary Swank.

The plot of the production was based on real events – it presented the fate of a hairdresser who gathered the community of a small town to help a father save the life of his seriously ill daughter. Unfortunately, “Ordinary Angels” did not have its premiere in Poland.

However, if you don’t like this type of movies, then go ahead soon you will be able to see the actor in the film directed by Guy Ritchie “The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare”.

Soon, Ritchson will also start working on the set of the comedy and Christmas movie “The Man With The Bag”, in which he will star with action movie legend Arnold Schwarzenegger.

However, the actor is probably a bit bored, because he has already recorded another project. This time it will be a science fiction film made for Netflix.

In the production titled “War Machine”, as reported by Deadline, Ritchson will play a commando who undergoes difficult training to join an elite unit. However, on the last day the officers will come face a threat they didn’t expect.

In a short time, Ritchson managed to attract a large group of loyal fans. Unfortunately, some of them were offended by him. The reason was one of the actor’s last interviews, in which he commented on his approach to modern Christianity.

Ritchson does not hide criticism of parts of the community whose behavior is contrary to the teachings, which should guide him. The actor draws attention to the fact that “you have to do good”, and yet some people, despite their inappropriate behavior towards others, avoid responsibility.

His interview published in The Hollywood Reporter enraged conservative viewers who take to social media to encourage other fans of the production to… boycott the next season.

Let us recall that the second series of the Prime Video hit debuted at the end of last year, and the series continues to enjoy great popularity. The third season is in production, and its plot is based on the novel “The Power of Persuasion” by Lee Child, the author of Reacher’s adventures.

New actors joined the cast of the third season – Anthony Michael Hall (known from the series “Bosch: Heritage“) and Sonya Cassidy (whose credits include participation in the acclaimed “The Fall of a Kingdom”). They will play the following roles: Zachary Beck and Susan Duff. According to TVLine, Beck is a businessman who runs a carpet importing company.

Reacher, however, suspects that the man’s activities are just a cover for some business interests. Sonya Cassidy will most likely play Reacher’s new love interest.
