She can buy herself flowers — and whip herself into shape.
Miley Cyrus, 31, wowed the crowd with her performance and many outfit changes Sunday night at the Grammys, showing off her toned body through it all.
From stepping onto the red carpet in her revealing custom metal Maison Margiela look, which appeared to be made entirely from gold safety pins, to performing her Grammy-winning hit “Flowers” and dancing around in full rockstar mode, Cyrus proudly put her body on display — and got people wondering about her fitness regimen.
While the singer crushes an intense workout routine in her “Flowers” music video — rumored to be copied from her ex-husband, Liam Hemsworth, 34 — her everyday approach seems to be more manageable.

Pilates has become a widely popular full-body exercise method, particularly among women who prefer low-impact workouts that focus on improving strength and flexibility, while also soothing mental stress.
He guided Cyrus and her fans through a series of five exercises aimed at strengthening the core and stretching the legs.
The workout included bicycle kicks, single straight leg kicks, leg lifts, bicycle crosses and bridge lifts.
Choza noted that beginners can start with repetitions of three and eventually work up to 12.

Choza is a disciple of Mari Winsor, the late Pilates instructor to the stars.
Winsor, who died in April 2020, is Cyrus’ former trainer.
She once told People that she worked with Cyrus for at least half an hour most days by having her do a sidekick series on the Cadillac reformer machine for legs and butt, then plenty of ab work.
But sometimes, 30 minutes is just too much. After Cyrus’ 2019 divorce from Hemsworth, she shared that just a few minutes of movement a day helped her feel better.
“Take time off, relax, enjoy warm meals, indulge in the sweets we usually try to stay away from but alsooooooo KEEP MOVING!” Cyrus captioned a social media post in 2019. “Even if it’s for 15 to 20 minutes a day! Something is better than nothing!”

Cyrus is also a longtime yogi.
In September 2016, she gave Jimmy Fallon an Ashtanga lesson on “The Tonight Show.”
The vigorous yoga method features a series of poses linked together with a specific number of breaths that require an intense level of physical strength, flexibility and endurance to perform.
The practice is made of six series or levels, which fitness fanatics can work up to.What do you think? Post a comment.
Beginners usually start with five repetitions of Sun Salutation A and Sun Salutation B, followed by a set of standing poses, in five repetitions, and then a set of seated poses.
After completing these, yogis continue to three pose sequences before practicing an advanced series.
Cyrus seems to have mastered several levels, often showing off difficult poses on her social media feeds.
For those who aren’t fans of yoga, Cyrus has also shared videos of herself running on a treadmill while belting out a song and doing wall sits while warming up her vocal cords.
