Travis Kelce surprised Dallas hockey fans by showing up at the conference finals game against the Edmonton Oilers at the American Airlines Center on Saturday. Kelce’s unexpected appearance created a buzz because the NFL tight end was rumored destination was Europe to catch up with girlfriend Taylor Swift.
Unlike the Cowboys, the Dallas Stars have been dominant in the postseason for the past few years. After seeing off the Colorado Avalanche they proceeded in the finals to play against the Oilers.
The Stars lost the first game of the 7-match series and required a reply in front of the home crowd who have tasted success with the Texas Rangers in the World Series.
When the score was 1-1, the camera panned toward the VIP box to find the Super Bowl winner Travis Kelce chatting. Wearing a black casual shirt with white impressions, Kelce appeared to be in a chirpy mood as he watched the game alongside the former Rangers pitcher Cole Hamels.

Travis Kelce’s appearance at the Stars game raised questions about his trip to Europe
This detour was out of the blue because Glamour reported that Kelce would be traveling Europe back and forth to be with Taylor Swift whenever he gets the opportunity.

There’s still time to jet his way to Lisbon in Portugal where Swift’s next leg will enter its second day. USA Today wrote that fans have been camping in front of Stadium of Light, home of soccer club Benfica, to sneak a glimpse of Swift and Kelce.
While the first-day viewers failed to enjoy the celebrity couple together, there’s still a chance that the 34-year-old might show up on Sunday night. Kelce left the Stars’ game in Dallas after they clinched a 3-1 win tying the series 1-1.
Meanwhile, Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes was on the Pat McAfee Show. Besides speaking on Harrison Butker, Mahomes also revealed that he played a vital part in bringing Kelce and Swift together.
The six-time Pro Bowler claimed he was the one egging Kelce to meet Swift when she was in Kansas City for the Eras Tour last year. He added that the 14-time Grammy winner’s addition has been great and the pair suit each other well.
